Pinnacel Medical Group is open 365 days/year so you can be confident that if you need urgent care, a doctor is available to you. If an urgent situation occurs during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm), always contact your physician for specific instructions prior to going to the Urgent Care Center at our Rialto Location.

Nurse Advice Unit
It's 3:40 am. You aren't feeling well. Who do you talk to?

When you dial any of our offices after regular business hours, you may reach the Nurse Advice Unit. The Unit is staffed with experienced Registered Nurses who will be able to address your concerns and answer your questions. When necessary, they will contact the physician on call or direct you to the Extended Care Center or to the closest hospital emergency room.
